Wenonah Military Academy Uniforms prior to WWI

The Wenonah Military Academy fashioned their uniforms after those of the West Point Military Academy. The uniforms in this picture were prior to World War I. The field outfit shows the influence of the Spanish-American War, and the model of the rifle (1896 Krag) is one used in that conflict. The uniforms were produced by Jacob Reed of Philadelphia, and the insignia and swords were made by Bailey, Banks and Biddle.
